Fit Tracker
Privacy policy
Last updated: June 12, 2026
The short version
Fit Tracker is a personal nutrition and training tracker. We collect the information you give us so your coach can build and adjust your plan. We never sell your data, we never share it for advertising, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time.
What we collect
Only what you choose to give us:
- Your intake answers — name, goals, body stats (age, height, weight), training history, injuries, allergies, and any supplements or medications you list so your plan can account for them.
- What you log — meals, water, bodyweight, workouts, sets, and notes you add in the tracker.
- Health metrics you sync — if you connect Apple Health (or a wearable), the daily numbers your shortcut sends: steps, resting heart rate, active calories, and sleep. Syncing is optional and you control it from your phone.
How we use it
- To build your personal targets, dashboard, and training program.
- To power AI assists — meal estimates, photo estimates, and program generation are processed by Anthropic's Claude. Your data is sent only for that request and is not used to train AI models.
- If you joined through a trainer, your trainer sees your logs and progress — that's the coaching relationship you signed up for.
That's it. No advertising, no selling, no data brokers.
Where it lives
Your data is stored in a private database (Upstash Redis) and served through Vercel, both in the United States, encrypted in transit. Each client's data is isolated under their own account; passcodes are stored hashed, never in plain text.
Your choices
- You can stop syncing health data at any time by turning off the shortcut on your phone.
- You can ask for a copy of your data.
- You can ask us to delete your account — everything goes: logs, intake answers, health metrics, and login. Deletion is permanent.
Who this is for
Fit Tracker is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
